OFI Private Equity Capital successfully sold its equity interest in Auto Escape to Montefiore Investment, at a price of €2.80 per share.

In May 2005, OFI Private Equity Capital had invested a total of €1.1 M in Auto Escape. In January 2007, at the time of the IPO on Alternext, OFI Private Equity had already sold part of its shares for €1.7 M. OFI Private Equity Capital made a multiple of 3 on its initial investment, meaning a net yearly return of 54% on its investment.
